Marking an important point in time 

 

 

 

15 succesful years in operation, is something of a milestone worthy of celebrating in style. For the agency TMP,  it was a chance to bring the company's 130 staff from its three international offices, together in one place to mark the event. But where? 

Iceland - The Land of Fire and Ice. So, to create excitement and a sense of build up for the big trip, I created an internal engagement campaign. Taking inspiration from the stunning landscapes and cultural references, photography of the breathtaking landscape was combined with a distinctive and bespoke typeface based on ancient runes. The campaign was rolled out over the coming months leading up to the trip, with various assets including a film, posters, travel kits, online and social posts.
